Student artists from Glenbrook North High School, Round Lake Area High School and Waukegan High School take top prizes

Congressman Brad Schneider (IL-10) announced the winners of the 2019 Congressional Art Competition in Illinois’s Tenth District at a public exhibition at the College of Lake County in Grayslake on the evening of Wednesday, April 24.  Forty students from eleven high schools across the district submitted artwork on the theme of “Character.”
