Brad Schneider Sworn-In as Tenth District Representative for 115th Congress

Today, Congressman Brad Schneider (IL-10) was sworn in to office to represent Illinois's Tenth Congressional District in the 115th Congress.

"It is a true honor to represent the Tenth Congressional District, and I am humbled by the trust the voters placed in me as a voice for our communities in Washington," said Schneider.

"Our district was clear about the values it wants represented in Washington and I will be a tireless advocate for our shared priorities: building an economy that works for everyone, protecting and expanding access to affordable healthcare, maintaining America's leadership role in changing and dangerous world, and tackling the hard problems of reducing gun violence, reforming our immigration system, and fighting global climate change.

"My offices are here to serve you, so do not hesitate to get in touch for help with a federal agency, information on legislation, or just to share an opinion or a good story. I look forward to hearing more and getting to work for you."

Schneider hosted an open house for visiting constituents today in his Washington, DC office, located at 1432 Longworth House Office Building. A district office in Lincolnshire, IL will open in the coming days.
