Rep. Schneider Invites Constituents to Join in Bike Ride Through Tenth District
Schneider and constituents will “Bike the Tenth” 28-mile loop from Naval Station Great Lakes to Glencoe
Congressman Brad Schneider (IL-10) today announced an upcoming bike ride open to constituents of Illinois Tenth Congressional District.
Participants are invited to "Bike the Tenth" with Schneider on a 28-mile loop beginning and ending at Naval Station Great Lakes, and including a brief stop at the mid-point at Glencoe Roast Coffee for refreshments and conversation, on Sunday, June 17. Come out and celebrate Father's Day with this family-friendly event.
Helmets are absolutely required for all riders. The ride will begin promptly at 2:00pm; please arrive early and be ready to ride by 1:45pm. A map of the route is available online.

1:30 PM – Attendees gather and prepare to ride

Ride 14.1 miles along Robert McClory Bike Path (80 min.)
3:20 PM – STOP - Glencoe Roast Coffee
(700 Vernon Ave, Glencoe, IL 60022)
20 minute break – refreshments available for purchase; informal Q & A with Congressman Schneider
3:40 PM - Ride 14.1 miles to end/start point (80 min.)
FINISH 5:00 PM - National Museum of the American Sailor
