July 11, 2019

Schneider and constituents will “Bike the Tenth” on a 17-mile loop beginning and ending in Des Plaines

Congressman Brad Schneider (IL-10) today announced a third annual bike ride open to constituents of Illinois Tenth Congressional District.

Participants are invited to "Bike the Tenth" with Schneider on a 17-mile roundtrip beginning and ending in Des Plaines, and including two brief stops at Allison Woods Picnic Grove in Northbrook and Potawatomi Woods Picnic Grove in Wheeling.

This is Schneider's third year hosting "Bike the Tenth" and offering constituents the opportunity to ride with their representative. In 2017, the ride was in the Round Lake Area, and in 2018 it began and ended at the National Museum of the American Sailor near Naval Station Great Lakes.

The ride will begin promptly at 9:00am; please arrive early and be ready to ride by 8:45am. A map of the route is available online.
