Rep. Schneider’s Office Returns More Than $1 Million Through Constituent Casework
Today, Congressman Brad Schneider (IL-10) announced his office has helped individual constituents through casework to recover more than $1 million from the federal government.
Since the start of the 115th Congress in January 2017, Schneider’s office has returned $1,029,900 to Tenth District residents. Included in that total is $687,297 through cases involving the Social Security Administration and $284,758 through cases involving the Veterans Administration.
“Helping constituents cut through red tape and resolve issues involving the federal government is a top priority for my office,” said Schneider. “Many people don’t realize that we can assist with a wide variety of issues, ranging from Social Security and the IRS to Medicare and the Veterans Administration. It is a true honor to serve our communities, and I encourage all Tenth District residents to reach out if we can ever be of assistance.”
In addition to the main District Office (111 Barclay Blvd, Suite 200, Lincolnshire, IL) which is open during normal business hours, constituent service representatives hold rotating Neighborhood Office Hours in locations throughout the district to more easily meet with constituents.
