Schneider Invites Tenth District to Share Thank You Notes, Cards with Front Line Workers

April 16, 2020
Today, U.S. Representative Brad Schneider (D-IL) invited constituents of all ages to create and submit notes thanking frontline workers for their incredible service during this COVID-19 pandemic via an online portal he has created.
"As we work to lower the curve by practicing social distancing and staying home, there remain thousands of people in essential roles working for us," said Schneider. "Our health care workers and first responders, delivery drivers, grocery staff, the people keeping our lights on and our water safe, and so many others are on the front lines of the fight against the coronavirus. We all owe them all an immense thank you, and can best demonstrate our appreciation by staying home to help keep them safe. And now we can also express our gratitude with notes and cards online."
Submissions can be uploaded at: https://forms.gle/7AHQSr6A2RFpQaFz9
Children are invited to participate as well by writing notes or uploading a drawing to show their thanks. Schneider's office will distribute the submissions virtually.
