SCHNEIDER TOWN HALL: WHEELING DISCUSSES UKRAINE, ECONOMY

WHEELING, Ill. – Congressman Brad Schneider (IL-10) discussed the ongoing situation in Ukraine and what Congress is doing to fight the costs of inflation with constituents at his "Congress On Your Corner" town hall in Wheeling on Saturday, which over 75 constituents attended.

"I was grateful to hear from constituents in Wheeling on Saturday about their thoughts on the situation in Ukraine and the economy. In Congress, I am working to support Ukraine by ensuring that refugees can come to the United States with ease, impose economic sanctions on Russia and send humanitarian aid to Ukraine. I am also working with my colleagues to keep the country on a path of record-breaking economic growth, while addressing rising inflation by fixing our supply chain and investing in American competitiveness," Schneider said.

This was Schneider's eighth in-person town hall since the pandemic began and his first in-person town hall since COVID.
