Statement on Reports of President Trump’s Handling of Classified Intelligence

Today, Congressman Brad Schneider (IL-10) released the following statement:

"The President's recklessness with classified information has serious consequences for our national security. If the story reported by the Washington Post is true, the President's actions are threatening our intelligence sharing relationships with key allies in the fight against ISIS and putting the brave American men and women in uniform at increased risk of harm. The administration needs to brief Congress immediately on the full extent of this disclosure."
