Waukegan 5th Grader Designs Congressman Schneider’s Holiday Card

Today, U.S. Representative Brad Schneider announced artwork by Natalee Lizardo, a 5^th grade student at North Elementary School in Waukegan was the winning design for his 2018 holiday card.

Earlier this year, Schneider solicited greeting card designs from Tenth District elementary schools.

The message inside the card reads:

Wishing you a joyous holiday season filled with the warm company of family and friends.
