Wheeling 4th Grader Designs Congressman Schneider’s Holiday Card

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, U.S. Representative Brad Schneider announced artwork by Monika Duchoslav, a 4^th grade student at Eugene Field Elementary School was the winning design for his 2017 holiday card.

Earlier this year, Schneider solicited greeting card designs from Tenth District elementary schools on the theme of "Peace and Unity."
