Now in its third year, the Congressional App Challenge is an annual nationwide competition that encourages students to learn and use science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) skills by coding their own application or "app" for any digital device.
The winning teams will have their application displayed in the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C and featured on Congressman Schneider's website.

Participating organizations will offer free health screenings, physicals, and information on a range of health-related topics.
