Congressman Brad Schneider (IL-10) announced the winners of the 2018 Congressional Art Competition in Illinois's Tenth District at a public reception at David Adler Music & Arts Center in Libertyville on the evening of Monday, April 23. Artwork on the theme of "Dreams" submitted from 55 students enrolled in 15 high schools across the district was displayed.
