Today, Congressman Schneider led all 18 House members of the Illinois congressional delegation in a letter urging federal action to improve the state's election security. In a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Secretary of Homeland Security Kristjen Nielsen, the Members requested a briefing on federal efforts to partner with Illinois election officials to defend against foreign interference.
Congressman Brad Schneider (IL-10) will host a "Congress on Your Corner" event to answer questions from constituents and brief attendees on his work in Washington on Saturday, July 28 at 11:00am. The event will be held at the Village Hall in Bannockburn and is open to the public.
This will be Schneider's 26th Congress on Your Corner town hall event since taking office in January 2017.
